Back to Work

The last 16 weeks have flown by. I cannot believe that my time home with Henry is coming to an end that it is time for me to go back to work already. I have really enjoyed all of the time that I was able to spend with Henry, despite the early struggles getting used to no sleep. Henry is a happy, smiley baby. He enjoys looking around, being held upright, and spending time on his tummy. He loves it when his brother Carter does silly things.

During this maternity leave, I was lucky enough to have several friends who also had babies around the same time. Henry and I kept pretty busy with weekly play dates (mom dates). We also had quite a few visits from Grandma & Grandpa Kron and Grandma & Grandpa Yem. Henry and I also traveled to Iowa a few weeks ago so I could show him around Iowa City.

I am really going to miss spending my days with Henry, but I know he will be in good hands at Betty’s house.
